Sales manager (mandarin speaking) 

Job Overview:

Develop business through direct outside sales solicitation for an assigned territory or market segment(s).  

You will represent the Blossom Hotel Houston Medical Center  in the development of new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships with assigned accounts .Consistently strive to maximize revenue in rooms, food and beverage, public space, and additional services. You will also be responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/territory to positively impact Blossom’s revenues.


  • At least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 2 year of related experience; or a 2year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license in the applicable state.

  • Must speak fluent English

  • Must speak Mandarin

Director of Finance 

Job Overview:

Direct and supervise the financial operations of the Hotel, safeguards the assets, and prepares all financial reports in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Serves as a financial advisor to Hotel Management and Ownership. Reporting on the financial state of hotel you'll also make recommendations to improve hotel profitability. You will be the first point of contact for all hotel financial and accounting-related issues with owners, auditors (internal and external) and regulatory agencies.


  • Higher education qualification / Bachelor’s degree / equivalent in Accounting or Finance 

       or four years in hotel accounting with 3 years in a supervisory role.

       Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 3 years of Hotel finance management experience required.

  • Knowledge of accounting management duties e.g. processing payroll; performing asset management duties; providing business projections, displacement analysis, preparing government reports, filing tax returns, etc

  • Professional accounting or finance designation or certification preferred. 

  • Knowledge of M3 accounting system preferred

  • Must speak fluent English

  • Other languages preferred

Executive Chef

Job Overview:


As Executive Chef you will be responsible for the innovative and creative planning of cuisine of the highest quality, production and preparation for all food outlets, banquet facilities and other food facilities resulting in outstanding guest satisfaction. You will assist with employee training and prepare schedules. You will oversee ordering of food supplies, prepare special dishes, and supervise overall kitchen operations. Adhere to federal, state and local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as Blossom brand standards and local policies and procedures. 


  • Four-year college degree in related field preferred. Culinary degree preferred. 

  • Min. 7 years in related field experience. Minimum of 3 years in culinary management preferably in a similar sized hotel . 

  • Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

  • Frequent walking.

Brand Guest Relations Manager

Job Overview:

As the Brand Guest Relations Manager, you will lead the effort to create personalized experiences based on VIP/ADA /Cultural /Corporate or Group status requirements. The Brand Guest Relations Manager will work with department heads to ensure that the hotels service standards are delivered and complied to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.


  • High school graduate or equivalent required. College experience preferred

  • Three years combined prior front desk and management experience required

  • Effective leadership skills including the ability to actively coach, train, motivate and lead

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • Must speak fluent English

  • Fluent in Mandarin required
