2020 Blossom Hotel TMC management trainee program

Program Overview-
You will go through an 18-month rotation period among different department with a permanent appointment(entry-level management or equivalent) at the end depending on performance.

Areas of rotation-
House keeping, Food and Beverage, Maintenance and Engineering, Event Management, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Culinary, Revenue Management.
